How Your Business Can Show L.O.V.E. on Valentine's Day (with only a day away)

Okay! great Little Rascals rendition (maybe), but don't freak out it's not where I'm going with this article. LOL!
Yes, we're in the season of love -AKA- Valentine's Day but it's not just about the flowers and heart shaped balloons. There are many ways that you as an awesome business owner, or sales person, can show L.O.V.E. to your customers, staff and partners with only
a day away.
1. Social media customer spotlight
A successful businessman I know, is so good at giving shout outs when one of his clients shares that they've received great service. Has one of your customers shared that they had a great experience? Did they rave about your product? Share the story with sincere appreciation and a shout out to them (remember to tag them!) via your social media platforms.
2. Give 'em a call
Let's be honest, how often do your clients or referral partners hear from you? On the phone?! ...Surprise them with a phone call and let them know how much you appreciate them. After all, they are the heart of your business.
3. Create a 'social' giveaway
True story, a colleague that I met at a networking event held a giveaway on her social media platform and I won it! Then, I received the gift shortly after. So, try giving away a gift certificate or a swag bag filled with promotional goodies and announce the winner on V-Day.
4. Upgrade or Add a little somethin' somethin'
Depending upon the type of business you have, you can surprise your customers with an upgrade or an extra treat with their purchase. I'm feelin' the love already...
5. Surprise them with coffee or lunch
Drop by a colleagues office with coffee (who doesn't appreciate coffee?!) Or, surprise your staff with a tasty lunch or treat that's all Valentine's Day themed .
